Barbie World

Our neighbors have a granddaughter who comes to spend time with them in the summer. Well, ever since we acquired the "big toy" Angelica has been over almost daily. On Friday she brought a "pimped out ride", ok it was just a power wheels (not just a power wheel, a pink barbie mustang power wheel), but Elsa LOVED it. They cruised around our sidewalk for a while. Angelica (a six year old) was a pretty good driver. She navigated some tight turnarounds. Here are some photos. I was lucky enough to be on my lunch break to see some of the action.

Audra

Check out the face Angelica is making in this one.

On a different note, Elsa rode her trike all the way to the park from our house. We went via the bike path for those of you familiar with our town. Then she rode the whole way home again, not on the bike path. We were very very impressed. It almost rivals her aunt's hike to Echo lake as a five year old, or her cousin's 12+ mile hike with a sweat shirt in place of his shoe. We only had to cheer "go Elsa go!" the last three blocks or so.

Go Elsa, that is awesome!!! Watch out for that Barbie stuff though, right Audra :) My city kids would definitely lose the bike race.
