Our Christmas

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas here with our little family. Once again, it was a busy week, but very fun! On Christmas Eve we opened one present from the family to reveal a beautiful fondue pot for our evening meal!
Christmas Eve we had my family tradition-fondue. some of our friends came over and enjoyed it with us. Notice our new table. This is with one leaf. It has two more! Our festive table cloth didn't quite fit with the leaf, but I decided to use it anyway.

Christmas morning we opened presents together and enjoyed time together.Elsa and Gibson both enjoyed pulling all their things out of the stocking.

It snowed a few inches on Friday and instead of heading to the nearest big city to go to the Temple we decided to stay home, play in the snow, and relax. What fun!

One thing I've decided is that 3 (well almost 3) is the perfect age for Christmas. This is why: They sleep in until 8:30 on Christmas morning. They are excited about all 3 of their gifts-even the sippy cups in the stocking. They love to play anything. They love the magic of Santa Claus. They love the story of baby Jesus, and want to do nice things for baby Jesus. They are very forgiving of any mistakes you make. They are just excited about every little thing, and that makes it exciting for all of us!
I'm not ready for Chris to go back to work tomorrow. At least we have another holiday this week!
