Mother's Day

Here's a video clip I took most especially for the Grandmas.  These are the songs the children sang for the Moms in church today.  Enjoy.
And here's Gibson with a short greeting.
Oh, and while I'm at it, I might as well post these.  We went to Free Fishing Day at a pond in the neighboring town.  We didn't catch any fish, but all three kids got a new fishing pole and tackle box.  Gibson won another fishing pole in the drawing, and Elsa won a little bait box.  They even had free lunch.  Elsa really  wanted to catch a fish.  She was ready to stay there all day if need be.  She didn't want to eat the free lunch provided--she wanted fish for lunch!  Gibson mostly wanted to throw rocks in the pond.  Lu mostly wanted to eat the rocks.

We had cleaned the house on Fiday night, and Saturday was such a nice day, that we were trying to stay out of the house as much as possible.  The nicest thing was that Chris didn't have any work to do!!  So, we went for a family bike ride to the park and played, then went to a friend's house in the evening for games.  It was a wonderful day!

Afton loves watching the Elsa singing videos -- seriously. She'll ask to play them again and again. And, yes, you do need to come visit me! Anytime :).
