Last weekend a lot of my family converged on our small town for Clara Lu's blessing. It was great that we had a holiday weekend so that so many could come. My parents, Robyn and her family, Crystal and her family, Kelly, and Megan. It was a very fun group. I have only a few pictures of some of the fun stuff we did, but it is taking FOREVER for the pictures to upload, so I only put a few on of Lu. Anyway, we had a great time playing together, laughing, and staying up late and talking. We played at the Rec Center, had a campfire at Devil's Kitchen, and went to the Dinosaur tracks. I got a nap each day and everyone was so helpful with bringing food and everything. We really did have a good time, and the men worked on the back fence and now we have a fenced back yard!! Hooray for family! So, here are the pictures of Lu in her beautiful blessing dress.

Here's a family picture we took really quickly after church.

And here in this last picture for this post. Notice the "baby bling" that Kelly brought. A cute little bracelet that says LU.

I just can't say enough how fun it was for us to have a family gathering at OUR house! Thanks everyone for coming, and we really missed those who couldn't make it!

Sounds like a great time. Her blessing dress is beautiful and I'd have to say the bracelet just completes the outfit!

What beautiful pictures of a beautiful baby and family. It's so hard to live far away, and it's so nice to have the family support!
