In our living room we had to patch some texture on the edge of the ceiling because we put new sheetrock up on the walls. I can't tell you how much I enjoy doing texture. I did the texture on the ceiling in our kitchen. It is so much like pottery. I now have two favorite smells. One is clay and the other is sheetrock mud. Anyway, the kids were excited to try their hands (and faces) at texture. Elsa was great! We are going to let her texture the walls on our stairway. Here are some pictures.
Here is my artist in training

The not so dynamic duo

Audra managed to get one of me too. Yes, I am balding and proud

The texture aftermath. Gibson really liked to swing his texture bag
Here are some other photos from our cousins visit. We did sand art for a little while.

I think they liked it

Amazingly everyone shared really well

Here are our new haircuts. No, we are not watching tv. I am actually in the middle of telling a story. Who knew that is what we look like when I tell stories.

Wow Chris, I don't remember you being so boring when you told stories! What is age doing to you? :) When will the tri be next year up there?
Your kids are too cute! That little Gibson sure is adorable! It's fun to see the progress on your house.
Congrats on the steady progress on the house! Elsa is going to be the grade school artist stand out after all her early training! :)
You should develop a candle scent of your two favorite smells. I bet they'd sell. You guys are doing an amazing job on your house. I love seeing the progress.
Gibson is looking so big!
