We had the trip of a lifetime this December! Chris had a work conference in ORLANDO! Once again, we didn't take a lot of photos, but we had A LOT of fun, food, sun, and sleep! My Mom flew in and took care of the kids for a week. I think they had a pretty good time. I can never leave my kids without worrying a little bit that they will spend the whole time being horrible and fighting. This time, according to my Mom, they were actually pretty pleasant. I was so glad to hear that.
So, we didn't have huge plans of things to do there, except one: Disney World. We only had money/time for one, so we decided on Epcot. It was amazing! We ate lunch in Morocco, listened to Christmas stories in many countries, watched the acrobats in China, and listened to the candlelight Christmas concert with Michael W. Smith. It truly was magical!
We really enjoyed eating out at all kinds of foreign foods, shopping a little, and just relaxing. While Chris was in his classes at the conference I just lounged around and slept and read. I haven't felt so rested in a LONG time. Probably since I had kids. Part of me felt guilty that I wasn't out and about seeing the sights, etc., but it was so nice just to relax without children!

Wow, just caught up on your blog since Halloween. Looks like you guys have stayed busy and had lots of fun. Glad you got to have some relaxation time in Orlando. That is much needed every now and again. We ate at the Moroccan restaurant in Epcot too and found it to be fabulous!! Anyway, just wanted to say hi since we saw you a couple weeks ago and it didn't look like the best place or time to stop and visit. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas!!
